A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I combine creativity with an analytical, goal-oriented, innovative and strong implementation focus. A multi-cultural 'change catalyst' and change leader, I have worked in the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Nigeria, and South Africa.

I specialize in employee strategic and outcomes focused communications, employee advocacy & engagement, change management and communications, brand activation, and communication skills training (for communicators, and leaders and managers). My focus is always on strategic and quantifiable outcomes.  

I am a member of the EACD Board (European Association of Communications Directors), and I also served as non-executive Board member of the UK's Boat Race Company, and co-Chair of the Conference Board's European Corporate Communications Council.
